v2.13.1 (13 December 2016)

CmdStan release notes

The v2.13.1 release of CmdStan includes Stan v2.13.1 and Stan Math v2.13.0 Libraries.

CmdStan changes

Features:

  • bin/stansummary can now produce a CSV file (#5)
  • missing files now provide more sensible messages (#59)

Documentation:

  • updated Intel compiler instructions (#507)

Stan changes

Most of the changes are due to improvements in the Stan and Math libraries.

Note: Download using the links to cmdstan-2.13.1.tar.gz or cmdstan-2.13.1.zip for a version that includes Stan and all libraries. (The "Source code" downloads does not include the Stan library and will not work as-is.)
