Polish experience tile layout with hover logo and cleaner list styling

This PR enhances the visual and responsive behavior of the Experience section with a few tidy layout and styling improvements:

• 🖼️ Moved company logo outside the tile margins and made it appear on hover (desktop+ only).
• 💅 Updated the responsibilities list with cleaner custom bullets for better readability.
• 🌈 Made the logo backdrop transparent and adjusted image size dynamically based on screen width (1280px).
• 📐 Refined spacing between elements like position and responsibilities for better visual balance.
• ✨ Renamed isDesktop to isTablet to better reflect the 768px media query usage.
