Hey chat, smaller update this time. This update is mainly just some small balance adjustments and polishing (I'll return to polishing later, I got through like a page before getting tired)
Balance Changes
- Windfall Tag is now capped at $300
- Polydactyly Tag is now capped at +40 Hands
- Lowered the score requirement of Obsidian Blade to 3X Base
Polish
- Reduced delay in the upgrade messages of Whiteface Grotesque
- Little Devil no longer juices twice
- Infinite Jest now has a proper upgrade message
- Old Joker's description now clarifies that it is always Eternal.
