Refactoring output print to message

Fixes Issue: #378

To control printing user facing messages to stdout or stderr created a new function message to internally delegate to print after formatting.

In a subsequent change we will control the output to stdout or stderr.

@roulpriya this looks good to me. There's a format check failure with an instruction on how to fix up the formatting:

1/60 files require formatting.
Please run 'swift run swiftformat .' to format the source code.

Once you update the formatting I can approve and merge this.
