feat: vss client auth

This PR integrates with vss-rust-client-ffi v0.2.0 to enable encrypted data backups with authenticated calls to vss-server.

Description

QA Notes

Test using vss-server with jwt auth and lnurl-server in docker via bitkit-docker:

• Run the bitkit-docker docker-compose setup including the vss-server fork with the JWT auth changes
  • see how-to docs
• Uncomment in Env.kt the localhost URLs for vssServerUrl & lnurlAuthSeverUrl
• Use a wallet with LN funds, add a widgets + remove suggestions until only one card remains
• Uninstall app (wiping its storage)
• Reinstall and restore wallet from seed
• ✅ Expect LN channels + widgets & suggestion cards backup restored
• Reset suggestions, remove widget
• Check in logcat that all vss data backup logs succeed — multiple backup successes validate the versioning changes

@jvsena42 Added a small change after the vss-server with auth was deployed, a commented line of code to make it easy to switch to the remote vss-server for testing purposes.

Needing another review, then we can merge this.
