I have verified that the setup shell works correctly in the iron environment.
I have confirmed that we can collect and analyse trace data for caret_demos according to the tutorial.
LGTM.

Description
Iron is now unsupported in ros2. As a result, the rosdep update does not work on the iron version of caret and the setup fails.
