テーブルではなくて表、と思ったのですが、他のページだと表とテーブルが混在していますね...
「表ガイド」は違和感すごいですし（裏ガイドがありそう）、どうしましょう...

タイトルを「表（テーブル）ガイド」みたいに補足するというのはどうでしょうか？見た目が悪い？

組版ツールの文脈であれば「表」を「おもて」と解釈することはあまりなさそうなので、「表ガイド」でも十分自然だと思います。
