They will be copied when running cmake when VSG_IMGUI_USE_SYSTEM_IMGUI=OFF and VSG_IMGUI_USE_SYSTEM_IMPLOT=OFF, which are default

This PR addresses the issue #72.
I have tested it locally and confirmed that it builds successfully with the options both
ONandOFF.
