#7991 patch-fixes the bottom-tabs for edge2edge-enabled apps but it breaks IME insets calculation (e.g. #7978 (comment)).
This is an intermediate revert before carefully applying a fully-fledged solution for this (currently, it going to be either applying IME insets ourselves or rather not-returning
CONSUMEDin order to allow for further processing by other 3rd parties - maybereact-native-safe-area-contextor just React Native'sSafeAreaView).
