This PR creates a wormhole transceiver that can be shared among various managers (both
NttManagerandMsgManagerWithExecutor).This shared transceiver assumes that the Executor is being used at the manager level, so it does not internally support relaying.
It is, however, wire compatible with the existing
WormholeTransceiver, so in theory, it should be able to peer with them.This PR is based on #23 because it uses the
IMsgReceiverinterface added by that PR.
