Seems alright to me, for what it's worth. It seems like this PR got everything: grep -i shoulder $(find . -not -path '*/build/*' -not -path '*/build-cmake/*' -not -path '*/thirdparty/*' -type f) in zsh didn't turn up any remaining instances.

Both programs used bumper, so we shouldn't rename it. Theres no reason to change it, and we don't need to match SDL.
