I've got unlanded copybara config changes that do that automatically.
It seems to pass pretty reliably in allwpilib, but fails in mostrobotpy. Since it passes here I don't think it should be skipped and accidentally causes some breaking change to go unnoticed.
when doing allwpilib -> mostrobotpy it will uncomment it. Harder to do a find and replace type operation if its not there like this.
