  • needs data from Pretalx once speakers are confirmed
  • Needs abstracts editing in pretalx
  • @mxsasha I kinda fixed the COC build problem, but it might still need rethinking

Looks great, thanks! Eric's suggestion looks good to add to me. Mailing list is enabled again, so it should all work.
