Looks good to me, though I must admit, I mostly skimmed over the code. I did spot a couple of formatting inconsistencies (with html! {content}) but they're not the end of the world and I would very much prefer getting this PR merged instead of blocking it because of nit-picks.

This pull request implements a function router example that is equivalent to the router example but is hydration capable.
