Nika: The Transformation Protocol (Inspired by Dan Koe)

A comprehensive 1-day protocol for identity transformation and behavior change.

"If you want a specific outcome in life, you must have the lifestyle that creates that outcome long before you reach it."

What Is This?

A structured protocol that helps you:

  • Uncover your unconscious goals and identity patterns
  • Create a visceral anti-vision (the life you refuse to live)
  • Build a clear vision (the life you're creating)
  • Design a "life game" with missions, quests, and daily levers

This isn't another productivity system. It's a psychological excavation that surfaces why you're really stuck, then gives you a practical framework to move forward.

Who Is This For?

  • People who've tried goal-setting, habit tracking, and resolutions — and failed
  • Builders who start projects but don't finish them
  • Anyone stuck in consumption mode (scrolling, learning, planning) instead of creation mode (building, shipping, doing)
  • People who know what they should do but can't make themselves do it

Time Required

  • Full version: 10-12 hours (1 day intensive)
  • Minimal version: 2-3 hours (coming soon)

How To Use

Option 1: Solo Run

  1. Read references/PROTOCOL.md
  2. Follow references/morning.mdreferences/interrupts.mdreferences/evening.md
  3. Fill and save your outputs in memory/ (or your own notes)

Option 2: With Accountability Partner

  1. Share this repo with your partner
  2. They follow the delivery guides in references/ and message you at the right times
  3. You answer honestly

Install

Clawdbot (Bot Workspace)

git clone <repo-url> ~/Nika

Then follow SETUP.md to register the bot workspace with Clawdbot and pick a bot name.
