2.4. Batch Processing

You can run all steps sequentially using batch_LiCSBAS.sh.

To prepare the script,

copy_batch_LiCSBAS.sh

will copy batch_LiCSBAS.sh to your current working directory. Edit the batch_LiCSBAS.sh to set starting/ending steps and other optional parameters. Then run

./batch_LiCSBAS.sh
