add support for litesdcard

contains: the cache driver from #97925

the peripheral is already put in the boards dts, in prep for #97444

Could you split SDHC changes from VexRiscv cache driver implementation? I believe the cache driver could get merged sooner than the cache+sdhc at once.

@fkokosinski it is now here: #97925
But I will leave it in here, until the cache driver is merged
