Pushing towards v1.0.0 before my ADHD decides something else should take priority
There is finally a tower implementation so hyper is now supported
Streaming bodies should be working now thanks to logic from http-cache-stream, big thanks to the hard work of that project otherwise I likely would not have been able to add this
Deprecated mokadeser and darkbird cache implementations but they remain on a v0.21.0 branch
I need to update the changelog still and that is likely going to take longer than the code changes because I wasn't keen enough to keep track as I went and no I need to remind myself of all the changes that were made.
