ArduSub has some incoming support for MAVLink-based leak failsafe triggering. The initial feature was previously undocumented, but was determined to have implementation issues that were best fixed before documenting.
Covers ArduPilot/ardupilot#32255 and ArduPilot/ardupilot#32614, which need to be merged before the docs can be (so leaving as draft until then).
