NOTE: branch claude-wiki-1884-mavlink-fence-rally-log-cal must be merged first -- this branch is stacked on top of it (mavlink-log-download.rst did not exist on master when this was written). Fixes ArduPilot#4687. Adds the two remaining methods from the issue (MAVLink completed-log download was already covered by mavlink-log-download.rst from ArduPilot#1884): - Streaming the current log live via LOG_BACKEND_TYPE bit 1 ("MAVLink") + REMOTE_LOG_DATA_BLOCK/REMOTE_LOG_BLOCK_STATUS, as consumed by dflogger. Verified the mechanism is still live in AP_Logger_MAVLink.cpp (HAL_LOGGING_MAVLINK_ENABLED) and the message field values against the ardupilotmega.xml MAVLink definitions. - A short MAVFTP note, per the issue's own "(not recommended)" framing.
