Welcome to our Alpha Site

The Potoo Recording service is composed of a desktop and web application. The desktop app allows agents to record their screens during customer call interactions. The web app has a clean user interface that allows for searching/filtering, viewing, and starring of the recorded media and also provides metrics on the call quality based on the customer/agent sentiment, loudness, and talk-time. This service is intended for supervisors of customer service agents who are looking to improve the quality of their customer service interactions and create tools for training. Unlike other cloud-hosted customer service products, our product will have an easy-to-navigate interface and a filtering option while searching for recordings.
