4. Admin Console User Guide
This guide goes over how to use the admin console to view and search through recordings.
This page contains a list of all recordings, the date and time the recording is from, and the name of the agent.
- Hover over the recording you would like to view
- Click on the recording, and a preview of the video and transcript will pop-up (see below)
From the home screen, navigate to the search bar in the middle towards the top.
This search bar can be used to filter agents by name.
To filter by date, click on the "Filters" button to the right of the search bar.
Click on the start date or end date, and choose the dates you would like to filter by.
Then click the "X" in the top right corner to exit the pop-up box and search through the recordings by date.
