[FEATURE] Add RGBCamera sensor.

Description

Add RGBCamera which wraps parts of gs.Camera and can be used as a Sensor.

TODO

• allow any renderer for 1 env, verify for BatchRenderer for multienv
• add test for RGBCamera
• fix: debug pyramid rotates with interactive visualizer ?
• fix: MPLImagePlot crash with save_to_filename
