Inventory Management

One of the biggest features is inventory management.
DNA presents you with a layout similar to that of the game where you can drag and drop items from one inventory to another or move them by right clicking an item and selecting the inventory where you want to move it to.

Inventory

One of the things you’ll notice immediately are the extra options such as ‘QuickCharge’, ‘QuickSort’, ‘Extendia+’ and ‘Amp It Up’.
These made-up companies provide you with their own services, at a cost.

QuickSort

Every inventory, except the base cargo chests, are considered to be ‘source inventories’ while the base cargo chests are the ‘destination inventories’.
If you press the QuickSort button, the system will go through every item of the source inventory and check which destination inventory has that item.
Once found, it will fill up that stack and continue its search. If no other half stacks can be found, it will go back to the first inventory it has found the item in and move the rest of the stack into that inventory. It will keep doing this until all the items in the source inventory are sorted. Items that can not be found in a destination inventory will not be sorted.
(As with every service provided, you will be charged a number of units for each stack sorted this way.)

Of course, you don’t want everything sorted from inventory. There are things you will like to carry on you at all times such as ammo and fuel. This is where the ‘sort-locks’ come in.

By default, every source inventory will have the locks set on the first row. This is indicated by a coloured halo around the item slot.
Every slot that has been locked in this way will not be touched by the sorting system. You can configure which slots you would like to lock by pressing the gear-icon next to the QuickSort button.

QuickCharge

If an inventory has tech slots, the QuickCharge option will appear. When pressed, the system will go over every tech slot that needs to be charged and charge it completely.
You will be billed a number of units for whatever it cost the company to charge up those slots.

Extendia+

This service allows you to extend the size of your inventory similar to how the game would allow you to.
The flat charge of 200000 units will be charged for each slot you unlock this way. The same maximum price that the game charges you when wanting to upgrade an exosuit slot. Once you choose which slots to unlock, and if you have enough currency in the bank, you’ll be able to complete your purchase by pressing ‘buy’ in the bottom right of the screen.

Amp It Up

This service allows you to supercharge any tech slot of your choice… for a price.
Since this is a very overpowered action you’ll be charged the same amount of nanites that it would take to upgrade an A class to an S class for each slot. A hefty 50000 nanites each. Once you choose which slots to charge, and if you have enough currency in the bank, you’ll be able to complete your purchase by pressing ‘buy’ in the bottom right of the screen.

Account Storage

Instead of cheating in items, I present you the option to share items across different saves.
Want to start a new save but give it a nice starting boost? Then have your main account put some items in the account storage.
This way the items will be available across platforms and across save files. Then you can simply transfer them to your newly created save-file.
