* use slik as the pose IK solver in all configs, remove deps to trac_ik * remove unused kinematics.yaml files * rename slik -> pose_ik

The v7.0 branch updates the IK solver to be
pose_ik, removing all dependencies to Trac IK.Also removes some unused yaml files.
