Repetitive use of formulas with two constants

Note:
The technique used here is storing constants (in register A, B, ...), after which the formulas can be used repeatedly.

Centigrade to Fahrenheit

Formula:

a °C → b °F

where

b = 95·a + 32

Examples:

a b
-30 -22.00
0 32.00
28 82.40
100 212.00
539 1002.20

Fahrenheit to centigrade

Formula:

b °F → a °C

where

a = 59·b - 32

Examples:

b a
-460 -273.33
-40 -40.00

Feet and inches to centimeters

Formula:

1 foot = 12 inches
1 inch = 2.54 cm

Examples:

4'8" = 142.24 cm
5'5" = 165.10 cm
