Go to Start -> Control Panel
Open Administrative Tools.
Locate Apache Tomcat 6. If status is "Started," then right click and select Stop.
Note that the Tomcat server needs to be stopped and started to load the MST application.
Now start the server by right clicking and selecting Start. The status will change to "Started" if the Tomcat server is started.
The server can be stopped by right click -> Stop.
