Preventing "Commands" Command and cleanup

1. I added a warning message to users when the "commands" command is sent via the debug console. They are not supposed to work in GDB/MI mode Using "commands" for breakpoints locks up debugger #421
2. I added an extra layer of protection to regex's of the "enable", "disable", and "delete" commands

Tested block of commands and variants, works as expected.
Newly added setup script seems to get the tests going and is in a folder not published to NPM.
