This PR adds the information from https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/cluster.html#cluster-nodes to the Elasticsearch API conventions, since it's referenced from the OpenAPI documentation but wasn't migrated.
I also added the
serverless:allqualifier to the API conventions page, since all of the information there seems applicable to both sets of APIs.NOTE: After this PR is merged, we can update the
cluster-nodesrow in https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch-specification/blob/main/specification/_doc_ids/table.csv so the new URL is used in the API docs.
