JMRI_RR_duino: quick starting guide

Only one thing to setup here, the IP address of the computer running the jmri_RR_duino_monitor.py script: find the line (end of the script) a=JMRI_RR_duino("192.168.0.22",50010) and change the IP address to your computer IP.

Then run the script from inside jmri.
