…s snapshots (microsoft#25780) ## Description This PR moves all existing snapshots under from `src/test/snapshots/` to `src/test/snapshots/output`. This ensures that all snapshots are under a directory that only contains snapshots. A follow-up PR will leverage that to change how snapshots are regenerated. ## Breaking Changes None

This PR moves all existing snapshots under from
src/test/snapshots/tosrc/test/snapshots/output.This ensures that all snapshots are under a directory that only contains snapshots. A follow-up PR will leverage that to change how snapshots are regenerated.
