  • fix issues with running all commands on windows
  • remove metapak
  • update ts/eslint
  • remove deprecated configs
    • greenkeeper is discontinued
    • prettier uses editorconfig
    • cz, comititzen, has 6 cvs

@NaridaL i reverted some changes and i left only update dependencies, and fix for running it on windows, and removal on metapak
