pymssql: fix entry_point for auto-instrumentation

Description

I was testing the new instrumentation:

opentelemetry-instrument --traces_exporter console --metrics_exporter none --logs_exporter none python -c 'import pymssql'

And got:
AttributeError: module 'opentelemetry.instrumentation.pymssql' has no attribute 'pymssqlInstrumentor'. Did you mean: 'PyMSSQLInstrumentor'?

The added test fails on main.
