This commit moves the SDK version from 2.04 to 2.07.00.05, which includes various bug fixes and support for new devices and peripherals. For a full list of changes, refer to the release notes for the MSPM0 SDK. Signed-off-by: Dylan Philpot <[email protected]>

Please make the pinconfig re-order with pin number ascending.
As mentioned in #76, this file must be delta with baseline.
