  • Covered delaying the vote
  • Missing attendance from Andy and Bernie without them delegating proxy votes is a problem!!
  • Set up sponsorship template
  • Need to start publicising CFP!!
  • Need to start publicising sponsorship prospectus!!
  • Removing top tier sponsorship ($20K)

Appeal to Committee

We are fast approaching real deadlines for Compose :: Melbourne. Now is the time when we have to be proactive about taking on work.

That means grabbing tasks from Trello, attending meetings (if possible), and communicating with the committee.

If we don't start to take on work now we will not have a successful conference, so at the very least, if you don't know what to do, then you should be asking!
