Overview

The Podcasts list view displays all podcast feed configurations in Proclaim. Each podcast generates an RSS feed that can be submitted to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and other directories.

How to Access

Components -> Proclaim -> Podcasts

Button	Action
New	Opens a blank podcast form
Actions	Dropdown: Publish, Unpublish, Archive, Check In, Trash, Batch
Help	Opens this help page

Columns

Column	Description
Checkbox	Select items for batch operations
Status	Publication status icon
Podcast Title	Name of the podcast (click to edit)
XML Filename	Output filename for the RSS feed file
Language	Language assignment
ID	Unique database identifier

Filters

Filter	Description
Search	Free-text search by podcast title
Status	Published, Unpublished, Archived, Trashed, or All
Access	Filter by view access level
Location	Filter by location (multi-campus)
Language	Filter by language

Batch Operations

Option	Description
Language	Change language assignment
Access Level	Change view access level
Location	Assign to a different location

Tips

• Create separate podcasts for different topics, speakers, or media types.
• Media files are assigned to podcasts via the Media File edit screen, not from here.
