Comments

Overview

The Comments list view serves as the moderation interface for all comments on messages in Proclaim. Review, approve, reject, and batch-manage comments from this screen.

How to Access

Components -> Proclaim -> Comments

Button	Action
New	Opens a blank comment form
Actions	Dropdown: Publish, Unpublish, Archive, Check In, Trash, Batch
Help	Opens this help page

Columns

Column	Description
Checkbox	Select items for batch operations
Status	Published (approved) or Unpublished (pending)
Full Name	Commenter's name
Email	Commenter's email address
Study Title	The parent message title
Comment Date	When the comment was submitted
Access	Joomla view access level
Language	Language assignment
ID	Unique database identifier

Filters

Filter	Description
Search	Search within comment text
Status	Published, Unpublished, Archived, Trashed, or All
Access	Filter by view access level
Location	Filter by location (multi-campus)
Language	Filter by language

Batch Operations

Option	Description
Language	Change language assignment
Access Level	Change view access level

Tips

• Filter by Unpublished to quickly find comments awaiting moderation.
• Published = approved and visible on the frontend. Unpublished = hidden.
• Use Check In to release comments locked by another user's expired session.
