feat(FR-1407): add modify and delete action buttons for deployment detail page

Resolves #4187 (FR-1407)

Summary

• Add modify and delete action buttons to deployment detail page
• Implement DeploymentModifyModal for editing deployment settings
• Add dropdown action menu with Edit and Delete options
• Add GraphQL mutations for updating and deleting deployments
• Update internationalization for all supported languages

Changes

• New Component: DeploymentModifyModal for editing deployments
• Enhanced UI: Action buttons with dropdown menu in DeploymentDetailPage
• GraphQL: Update and delete mutations for model deployments
• i18n: Added translations for action buttons and messages
• Schema: Updated GraphQL schema for new operations

This feature enables users to modify deployment configurations and delete deployments directly from the detail page interface.
