CloudBeaver supports viewing and analyzing user logs through the built-in Log Viewer tool. You can use it to quickly identify issues and get detailed error information.

Open the Log Viewer

  1. Go to the Tools menu on the top toolbar.
  2. Select Log Viewer.

View log details

Logs appear with timestamps and brief descriptions. To get detailed info on a specific error:

  1. Click the error link in the log.
  2. View the detailed information in the panel displayed on the right.

Tip: You can customize the default logging settings for your server. For information on configuring logs, see Product settings parameters.

Disable log viewer for users

To prevent users from viewing logs:

  1. Open Settings -> Administration -> Settings.
  2. Under Tools, select Disable log viewer.
  3. Save your changes.

When this option is enabled, the Log viewer tab is hidden for all users, including administrators.
Administrators can still access logs through other ways - on the server, in audit logs, or in the Query Manager database.
