| followup on classic to modern ARKs |
- would be helpful to contact a few big providers who don't support modern ARKs yet
- Gallica -- no, they've been contacted
- Family Search -- no, they've been contacted
- N2T and EZID support both, therefore Smithsonian
- arklet (IA) and arklet-frick (WACREN) support both
- also supporting both:
- UNT
- University of Chicago
- National Library of Luxembourg
- UT Scarborough

| NAAN stats page |
- features, performance, relation to NAAN search UI
- jk: would like to broaden the public definition of NAAN as a NAA "number"
- gj: these charts are interesting to show the vitality of ARKs, eg, the most recently registered NAANs
- jk: I'm a little concerned about the repeated fetching and processing of all the data each time this page is rendered, especially since the charts don't change except when the registry changes
- dv: it's actually very fast and light duty with modern browser javascript; certainly in design phase, there should be no need to worry much about browser-side rendering
- jk: can we do some integration of features with the search UI?
- dv: suggest coming up with a wishlist, and CDL can rank according to difficulty
