Desirable outcomes, in priority order:

1. the ARK specification completes the RFC process with community involvement
2. the NAAN registry is maintained by a community members
3. global ARK resolution is assured by community-run and community-maintained multiple global replicase of the N2T resolver

Extra credit!

1. the next generation of the ARK resolver is written
2. a community-run ARK identifier management service (maybe based on EZID.cdlib.org)
