Teleconference schedule

WG meetings are generally held every other month, 16:00-17:00 UTC, on the fourth Thursday. Connection details are included in calendar invitations.

WG communication

Members use the email list arka-outreach-wg@googlegroups.com and its online archive. Use the ARKA group union list to email all ARKA groups at once.

Meeting agendas and notes

Meetings are listed most recent first. When creating a new agenda and notes page, follow the formatting and naming conventions of the previous meeting. See Github wiki editing tips for more details.
